About Homan Incorporated
Homan Incorporated was established in Anchorage in 1978. For the first seven years, the company's primary focus was on construction and development of residential homes. Since 1986 our mission is to strive for excellence while providing quality and dependable remodeling service. We are committed to our clients who entrust their home to our company.
The
company is lead by Charles E. Homan II, president, who founded
the company. Chuck was raised in Anchorage and has a through
knowledge of the construction process and methods used in
Alaska. Chuck is a Certified Graduate Remodelor
(CGR), a Certified Aging in Place
Specialist
(CAPS), and a Certified Green Professional
(CGP). Chuck is currently serving on the board
of directors of the Anchorage Home Builders Association as
past president. He holds a State of Alaska Residential
Contractor Endorsement, #227.
Our staff of carpenters possess the skills and knowledge that is
required to meet the quality craftsmanship that is expected. They
understand that we are guest working in your home and strive to
complete the project with minimum disruption. We have a solid long
term working relationship with our sub contractors who perform the
specialty trades.
Homan Incorporated has been a member of the National Association of
Home Builders and The Anchorage Home Builders Association since
1978. We support and abide by the Remodelors™ Council Code Of
Ethics.
The foundation to our success is our ability to provide exceptional construction service and charge fees accordingly that is fair for the service provided. Our relationship with our clients is of utmost importance as the majority of our work comes from referrals.
